No. Inspections and estimates are free, and there’s no obligation. If your roof has years left in it, we’ll tell you that too.
Will I actually deal with the owner?
Yes. Bryant handles estimates personally and checks in on every job. When you call 201-221-6822, you’re calling him — not a call center.
How do I know if I need a repair or a full replacement?
It comes down to the age of the roof, how widespread the damage is, and the condition of the decking underneath. A few lifted shingles or one bad flashing is a repair. Curling, granule loss across the whole roof, or multiple leaks usually means it’s time. We’ll show you photos either way.
Can you help with my insurance claim?
Yes. For storm, wind and hail damage we inspect the roof, photograph what we find and give you a written scope of the damage — the documentation your insurer needs. We’re roofers, not public adjusters, so the claim itself stays between you and your insurance company. Our job is to record the damage honestly, then fix it right.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We work with financing partners that offer competitive rates, quick approvals and minimal paperwork. Ask about it during your estimate.
